Delprio ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by APW Automation LLC, located in Vienna, VA 22180. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website (delprio.com) and our lead management platform (the "Service").
By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you are a gym owner or personal trainer using Delprio to manage leads ("Client"), this policy also covers how we handle data you provide about your prospective customers ("Leads").
What information we collect
From Clients (gym owners and trainers):
- Business name, owner name, email address, phone number
- Booking links, brand preferences, tone settings, and other configuration you provide during onboarding
- Login credentials for the Delprio dashboard
- Payment information (processed by our third-party payment provider — we do not store credit card numbers)
From Leads (people who fill out intake forms):
- Name, email address, phone number
- Responses to intake form questions (goals, preferences, and any other information submitted through the form)
- Communication history (emails sent and delivery status)
Automatically collected:
- Basic analytics data when you visit delprio.com (pages viewed, referral source)
- We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service — generate and send personalized outreach emails on behalf of our Clients to their Leads
- Manage lead pipelines, track status changes, and generate analytics and reports for Clients
- Communicate with Clients about their account, billing, and product updates
- Improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
How AI is used
Delprio uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized outreach emails on behalf of our Clients. When a Lead submits an intake form, their responses are processed by an AI language model to write a relevant, personalized email in the Client's voice and tone. The AI does not make decisions about pricing, offers, or commitments — it only generates email text. All structural elements (booking links, contact info, unsubscribe links) are added deterministically, not by the AI.
Lead data sent to the AI model is used solely to generate the email for that specific Lead. We do not use Lead data to train AI models.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate Delprio:
- Airtable — data storage for lead records and client configuration
- n8n — workflow automation engine
- Groq — AI language model provider for email generation
- Google Gmail API — email delivery
- Netlify — website and dashboard hosting
- Calendly — demo scheduling
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We select providers that maintain reasonable security practices and limit data use to what is necessary to provide their services.
Data retention
We retain Client account data for as long as the Client maintains an active account with us. Lead data is retained for the duration of the Client's subscription plus 90 days, after which it is deleted unless the Client requests earlier deletion.
If a Client cancels their account, we delete all associated lead data within 90 days of cancellation. Clients may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. All API credentials are stored as encrypted secrets, never in application code. Dashboard access is password-protected. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our hosting providers maintain SOC 2 compliance and industry-standard security practices.
However, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored on third-party infrastructure.
Your rights
For Clients: You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the Delprio dashboard or by contacting us at info@delprio.com.
For Leads: Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately stops all future emails from that Client's Delprio account. If you want your data fully deleted, email us at info@delprio.com with the email address you submitted and we will remove your record within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@delprio.com.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): If applicable, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Our lawful basis for processing Lead data is the legitimate interest of our Clients in communicating with their prospective customers. Contact us at info@delprio.com to exercise any of these rights.
CAN-SPAM compliance
All outreach emails sent through Delprio include the physical mailing address of Delprio (Vienna, VA 22180) and a one-click unsubscribe link, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately — no further emails are sent to that address from that Client's account.
Children's privacy
Delprio is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
